If you don't need immediate answers and are willing to wait for some free advice, go ahead and send in a question and we'll get back to you with some options as soon as we can. Be detailed and specific in your question so we can get to the heart of the issue and find a solution.

If you need to talk some more about a specific solution and everything needed to implement it, we can set up a phone consult, or meet in person to discuss your needs.

Payments for simple consultations are made to be as easy as possible. Over the phone you can pay with a credit card, and if you don't like what you hear, I'll simply void it. If we meet in person, we can swipe right there on the spot. I want to make working with Wallace IT as painless as possible so you can stay focused on growing your business.

If you choose one of our monthly consulting packages, there is built-in time for email and phone consulting, just as if we were on staff. There is very limited availability for monthly packages, because we want to devote a proper amount of time to businesses we support regularly.
